Using tokens to modify behaviors

Token system is a method that can be used easily for increasing desirable behaviors and to reduce unwanted behaviors. In this presentation , I propose to present concrete examples of using the token system to go through the stages of realizing this method and to see the advantages and disadvantages of such a system.
